Anders has a network of Resolutionists spread around Thedas, available to be the source of information for mage-related causes as well as backup when the Inquisition is in the neighborhood, so long as the mission doesn't go against the cause of mage freedom.
Kian Price ◈ FIRE SPECIALTY; FREE MARCHER; MARKHAM/FREE MARCHES OPERATIONS
Melancholy and a little practical, Kian is a survivor of the Gallows. His twin sister 'vanished' when they were both taken by Templars, and he wants desperately to find her while he's mostly aware of how high chances are that she's dead. He wants to kill the Templars responsible, and in theory all Templars, but he's a little torn on the latter. What he most wants is for mages to never have to fear Templars again, and he's figuring things out from there.
His cell specializes in reuniting families torn apart by the Circles and compiling a list of complicit-with-abuse Seekers, Templars, and even mages. (PB is Benjamin Stone, middling height, melancholy,
mid 20s)
Aleigh Mason ◈ BLOOD MAGE; RIVAINI; RIVAIN OPERATIONS
Once a Templar favorite, Aleigh helped a friend who had run away with his punishment chores and lost all of his favor. He resents the Circles and Templars for fooling him into thinking he had some sort of place and agency. Now he's determined to show his worth in his own way and mock those who are being as 'stupid' as he once was.
His cell specializes in training apostates in how to live outside the Circles and smuggling blood mages out of difficult situations. (PB is Kunal Kapoor, permanent scowl, stick-thin, mid-20s.)
Vidal Marsh ◈ SHAPESHIFTER; ORLESIAN; ORLESIAN OPERATIONS
Vidal was raised and taught magic by her apostate father until they were caught and he was killed. She hid her specialization and kept her head down until she saw her opportunity - the guards for their outside session stopped paying much attention - and then transformed into an owl and made her escape. She sought out and killed the Templars responsible for her father's death.
Her cell spends its time divided between hunting Red Lyrium Templars and hunting down Templars with reputations for cruelty and abuse. (PB is Jessica Chastain, billions of freckles, late 30s)
Camila Nateo ◈ BATTLEMAGE/ARCANE WARRIOR; ANTIVAN; ANTIVA OPERATIONS
Camila was the star of her class, eager to learn, eager to please. She excelled at every task assigned to her and was taken out with Templars to deal with tricky bandit and raiding situations in the surrounding area. And then she failed. One miscast meant a Templar died instead of her intended target.
The Templars turned, nearly killing her, and she fought for her life. Two apostates, part of the bandit cell Camila and her guards were meant to take out, came to her rescue. She hasn't looked back; it's clear to her that the Templars never really saw her as a person, just a tool.
Her cell focuses on learning and teaching all of the magic they can, forbidden, sanctioned, new,
and the bits that they stumble across in old books and corners. They're a large source of the potions used by the Resolutionists. (PB Indira Varma, early 40s)
Alia Muller ◈ BLOOD MAGE/FORCE MAGE; ANDERS; ANDERFEL OPERATIONS
Alia was born to a woman who had already lost her husband and two sons to Darkspawn and couldn't bear to give up her last child to the Circle. She learned to hide her abilities and sneak,
helping around their small property and weaving business as best she could while learning from whatever old books she could decipher. Just before the Circles collapsed she was discovered and brought in, rushed through her Harrowing because she was already in her late teens and she was found to be extremely willful. Luckily for her the Circles broke when they did, because she was already hearing from Templars and Senior Enchanters alike what lay ahead for her if she didn't learn how to bend her neck.
Her cell focuses on information gathering and spreading, along with experiments to try to speed travel. They keep the Resolutionists up to date on what's going on where, and are good at connecting the dots.

Enteri Hardt ◈ NECROMANCER; NEVARRAN; NEVARRA OPERATIONS
All he wanted was to be allowed to study quietly, but he didn't get along with one of the more popular mages in his Circle and accusations of being a blood mage plagued him ever since. The Templars harassed him with each new report, searching for proof they 'knew' would be there, and he was more than glad to see the Circles collapse.
His cell is a support cell, sending resources (potions, supplies, etc) where they're needed with quiet efficiency. (PB is Elliot Knight, late 20s early 30s)
Siobhaen Breathnach ◈ KEEPER MAGIC; DALISH & FERELDAN; FERELDEN OPERATIONS
While in training by her Keeper and the clan's First, Siobhaen met and fell in love with a human. The clan would not accept that and she ran away to his village, only to be taken by the Templars. Good at surviving, Siobhaen waited for her chance to get out. It came eventually - she was sent to the dungeon to learn a lesson and the dirt floors were a welcome sight as she used them to burrow through.
Her cell does the odd jobs, picking up wherever needed, and they're most responsible for outreach among mages who might be on the fence about what they want the future to be. (PB Aurora Aksnes, looks permanently startled, mid20s)
