Fade Rift Opt-Out Post
So Anders is... Anders. I know how he's generally viewed, and I know there's a chance some people don't want to deal with him. That's completely acceptable; he's a divisive and at times frustrating character and I won't take it personally.
But because I don't know if someone might or might not want to deal with him, or who might recognize him from Kirkwall/turn him in before reveal, I've been holding myself back from tagging out in a bunch of places and I figure I should fix that.
So here, have a handy dandy boxy form!
Player Name: your name
Character Name(s) and Journal(s): your character(s) and their journals
My character would recognize and turn Anders in: y/n (only applicable through March/April, whenever he's revealed. Basically if your character knew him previously and would reveal who he is.)
I would like to avoid playing with Detlef: y/n (pre-reveal Anders; if you don't want your character to deal with him lying to them and the fallout from it, or don't want your character deceived.)
I would like to avoid playing with Anders completely: y/n (pretty self-explanatory. I won't tag you and I'll work to make sure if you've signed up for a war table mission he doesn't land in the same group.)
Other: (anything else you can think of.)

My character would recognize and turn Anders in: N/A
I would like to avoid playing with Detlef: Yes. Korrin doesn't easily forgive deception. (She's going to have issues with him anyway, let's not make this impossible.)
I would like to avoid playing with Anders completely: No, but be aware that Korrin will have some strong opinions about him and she's a stubborn thing, so change comes slowly if it does at all.

My character would recognize and turn Anders in: Elian wouldn't recognize him. Alistair could if you want him to—he passed through Kirkwall that one time and talked to Hawke & Co.—or he could think he looks familiar but not be able to place him or he could not recognize him at all because Anders was elsewhere at the time. If he recognized him now he mmiiiight turn him in, or try taking him into Warden custody or something, but if Anders earns some more brownie points first he might not. So if you ever want to tag just let me know which option you'd prefer.

Let's go with familiar but not able to place him yet? I forgot that if Alistair isn't king he doesn't meet Anders at the beginning of Awakening, LOL. So familiar, then earning brownie points, then recognition, if that works for you?
