[ANY OTHER TIME...Isley would laugh at the message. Any other time. Sigh.]

It's Yaha. He's unstable and my presence is doing little to make things better. You know him, Anders, and seeing as how I have ordered him to move out of my home, but have given him pass to stay within the Order headquarters for a few days, I can only trust you with the charge of the building and that elf.

[He may sound a touch...exasperated. It's been a trial dealing with Yaha's tantrums.]

Try not to break anything as I have? The door to the Mess Hall is...well, you will see when you arrive.

[It's kind of missing. :| Because he threw Yaha through it.]

I've no doubt the building will still be intact, or as intact as it is now. I'm just not sure if I'll be intact.

For tonight, or a few days if you think that is necessary. I trust your judgment, and I trust that you'll be fine. Physically, at least. He won't harm you, will he?

As for mentally...

It's an order, but I will still find a way to make it up to you. Yaha is quite the handful. I think that it is fair I demonstrate my gratitude when this is all said and done.

I don't think he will. I pissed him off being honest about Fenris, but Justice is still inside me no matter how angry Yaha is. And now that there's no other mages from my world here, there aren't any other possible hosts.

Presently, Yaha seems to have taken a liking to illusions. A testament to his instability.

I think what he needs is reassurance. It would be easier to determine if I... [Cared?] Well, at any rate, there is that. The illusions.

He seems to be able to craft them. I've only seen Orsino so far, and a wall that may have been thrown up in an effort to keep me from leaving the kitchen. He was quite miserable that I suggested you see him like he is.

[Or was. A bloodied and psychotic mess.]

You will do just fine, though. I have complete confidence in you, Anders.

[There's a short silence. Illusions and compulsions are hard things to break through even when one knows they're there. He's going to have to be alert the entire time.]

I really can't imagine why. He's got to know that I don't exactly have a high opinion of someone who only wants to use me.

I believe it is because of Justice that he worries, but you may be able to use that to your advantage tonight.

Anyway, please try to keep from breaking anything. That includes him...and, of course, yourself. I'll be very cross if harm comes to you for whatever reason.

[Yeah, see, he actually means that, because you're useful to him, mage, and you're also someone he manages to have decent conversations with.]

I'll contact you in the morning to check in with you if I don't hear back before then.
